潘清江,男,1976年出生,博士,教授、博/硕士生导师,教育部新世纪优秀人才、黑龙江省省级领军人才梯队带头人、黑龙江省青年科技奖获得者。
2005年毕业于吉林大学获得物理化学专业博士学位。2008-2010年在加拿大曼尼托巴大学大学开展博士后研究工作。2014-2015年在美国普林斯顿大学作访问教授访学1年。
现担任黑龙江省化学会理事、黑龙江省核学会理事。担任Frontiers in Chemistry的国际SCI刊物的Review Editor。
主要从事纳米复合材料、锕系化学等研究领域。主持承担国家级、省部级课题10余项,共获省科技奖二等奖1项、中国授权发明专利9项。作为第1或通讯作者,至今已在J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Nat. Commun.、Chem. Eng. J.、Chem. Commun.、Carbohydrate Polymers、Chem. Eur. J.、Inorg. Chem等上发表SCI论文120余篇,被SCI论文引用2000余次。

担任“高分子化学与物理”黑龙江省省级领军人才梯队带头人、黑龙江省化学会理事、黑龙江省核学会理事和Review Editor of Frontiers in Chemistry;是国家自然科学基金通讯评审人以及美国化学会、英国皇家化学会、荷兰Elsevier公司、Springer出版公司等的多家国际SCI收录期刊审稿人。
作为第一获奖人,获黑龙江省科学技术奖(自然类)二等奖、黑龙江省青年科技奖获、黑龙江省高校科学技术奖一等奖各1次;参与《结构化学》黑龙江省精品课程建设(第3位)。
