霍丽华,女,1968年出生,博士,教授、博/硕士生导师,教育部新世纪优秀人才、龙江学者、省杰出青年基金获得者。
现任黑龙江大学化学化工与材料学院教授、博士生导师,黑龙江省级重点学科(无机化学学科)后备学术带头人,功能无机材料化学教育部重点实验室副主任,黑龙江大学自然科学学报主编。1997年获得福州大学化学系物理化学专业博士学位,分别于1997-1999在中科院长春应用化学研究所、2001-2003年在法国国家科研中心波尔多凝聚态材料化学研究所从事博士后研究工作。
现为全国气湿敏专业委员会委员、黑龙江省化学学会理事。
主要从事微纳米氧化物功能材料的可控组装及其应用的研究。主持科技部国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金项目、教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划、教育部科学技术研究重点基金、黑龙江省高校科技创新团队项目等课题20余项,在Chem. Mater., J. Mater. Chem. A, Biosensors. Bioelectronics, J. Hazard. Mater., ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces, Sensors and Actuators B等国际重要期刊发表论文200余篇,被SCI收录论文他人引用4000余次,三篇文章进入ESI 前1%高被引论文,获得授权国家发明专利20余项,获得黑龙江省科学技术二等奖3项、黑龙江省青年科技奖等奖项。研究论文多次被“Willy中国”、高分子科学前沿、科技成果管理与研究等学术期刊、媒体和交流平台重点推介。
